Welcome to Dapper Scrapper. We specialize in scrapbooking supplies and equipment that can be used by children of all ages (and their parents, of course).

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is complimentary. Please use the "special instructions" box for gift wrapping & gift card specifics.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are purchases made in advance of our receipt of that merchandise. With your purchase, that merchandise is effectively reserved for you and will be shipped to you at a future date (we post the dates that the merchandise is expected to ship from the manufacturer.) We ship all pre-ordered merchandise within 1 business day of its arrival from the manufacturer.

We accept Pre-Orders in two different ways:

(1) Pre-purchase any of these items through our website. Your credit card will be charged in full at that time and the pre-ordered item will be shipped to you within one business day of its arrival. All of our pre-ordered merchandise is entitled to free 1st class shipping.

(2)If you choose to order over the phone, we can take a deposit of 50% on the pre-ordered items. The balance will be due once we receive the merchandise from the manufacturer prior to our shipping it to you.

If the manufacturer decides not to create the item you ordered or if they fail to ship it to us, your pre-payment or deposit will be refunded it full.

When you pre-order an item, we specifically purchase that item and reserve it for you. Consequently, we may charge a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee on all canceled pre-orders.

Special Orders:

If you're looking for something that we don't have in stock, please let us know. We will make every effort to get it for you.

Sales Tax:

8.25% sales tax will be applied to any order delivered within the state of California.

Shipping:

Within the US:

Shipping will be provided by the USPS (1st class, priority, and parcel post) DHL, and Federal Express. Tracking information and delivery confirmation will be provided as available. All shipping charges are actual based upon the total estimated shipping weight of your order. We do NOT add a handling charge. Standard shipping for domestic orders totalling over $50 is free.

Outside the US:

Shipping is calculated using the USPS (air and global priority options) as well as Federal Express and DHL. All shipping charges are actual based upon the total estimated shipping weight of your order. We do NOT add a handling charge. Standard shipping for international orders that total over $250 is free.

Merchandise Return Policy:

Your satisfaction with your purchase is of the utmost importance to us. We stand behind the quality of all products sold in our store; please let us know if there's a problem. We happily accept the return of any item in its original condition within 2 weeks from your receipt of the item. Treasures 'n Dreams for Kids reserves the right to refuse to accept merchandise returned in an obviously used or otherwise damaged condition.
