Q: Are the products listed in you store in stock?

A: All of the products listed for sale in our store are in stock and are ready to ship unless the item is explicitly stated as a pre-order.


Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: We make every attempt to package and ship your purchase within 1-2 business days. Shipping time will depend on the method selected. USPS Priority mail generally takes 1-3 days. First Class Mail can take up to 7-10 business days. During the month of December, shipping times increase greatly. Internation shipping varies greatly and can take anywhere between just a few days to over 2 weeks. If time is an issue, please call us at (888)857-7208 to discuss shipping options. In addition to USPS, we can also ship by Federal Express.


Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on teh invoice you see before confirming your order. If, for some reason, our store overstates the shipping charges, we will promptly refund the difference between what you are charged and the actual cost of shipping your selections to you. There is a maximum domestic shipping charge of $8.95, regardless of what is purchased.


Q: Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

A: No, we are an on-line operation only.


Q: May I pick up my purchase?

A: For local SoCal customers, pickup can be arranged in Santa Monica or Woodland Hills.


Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: We charge 8.25% sales tax to all purchases shipped to an address within the state of California.
